The 2023 Seattle Storm were staring down a rough year. With the departure of two of their biggest draws, Sue Bird and Breanna Stewart, we needed to help rebuild excitement around a new team and maintain sales amongst fans. We used a trending craze around Tarot as a way to make a bold prediction on the upcoming season, help fans get to know the new players—and see why the Storm is rising.
